Our linguette, which in italian means "small tongues", is a light, fluffy cracker-meets-breadstick that is a perfect addition to any antipasti platter. Here, the linguette is spiced with rosemary, and is also available with sea salt and peppercorns. Each linguette is made by hand and baked at a low temperature to achieve the thin, crispy texture and golden color.
In italy, we not only eat linguette for antipasti, but also as a substitute for bread, with soup or in a salad. We also recommend pairing them with our truffle creams and our parmesan.
