Mother's Day: Golden Hour

Golden Hour: Peach amaryllis, carpe diem roses, white peonies, hydrangea, hyacinth, spirea and eucalyptus.
Our momma's are warm and tender and beautiful. When we created our custom florals for Mother's Day this year we wanted this arrangement to express just that...
The golden hour is a magical time of day and when everything is glowing. Come by the shop during golden hour and witness just what we wanted the flowers to say in response to their warmth, tenderness, and beauty - "Love you Momma."
(We understand the heat is picking up this week in the desert, just call or text ahead of time and we can deliver curbside if you have littles in the car or a desire to stay cool in the afternoon sun. 480-349-8920 when you are about 5 minutes away and we will run your flowers out to your car when you pull up to our doors.)

The Flower// Lord Alfred Tennyson

Once in a golden hour
I cast to earth a seed.
Up there came a flower,
The people said, a weed.

To and fro they went
Thro' my garden-bower,
And muttering discontent
Cursed me and my flower.

Then it grew so tall
It wore a crown of light,
But thieves from o'er the wall
Stole the seed by night.

Sow'd it far and wide
By every town and tower,
Till all the people cried
`Splendid is the flower.'

Read my little fable:
He that runs may read.
Most can raise the flowers now,
For all have got the seed.

And some are pretty enough,
And some are poor indeed;
And now again the people
Call it but a weed.
