Every arrangement is handcrafted using the freshest seasonal blooms. Because fresh flowers are perishable, all floral sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or falls short of our quality standards, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery. We'll make it right.
Plants
We carefully select healthy, thriving plants. If you have a concern about your plant, please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can help.
Home Goods & Gifts
Eligible non-perishable merchandise may be exchanged within 3 days of purchase with the original receipt. Items must be unused and in original condition. Returns are issued as store credit.

Workshop registrations and event deposits are non-refundable. Workshop reservations may be transferred to another guest or to a workshop of equal value with advance notice, subject to availability.
